Booking Conditions
For Christmas parties only1. A non-refundable payments of £10.00 per person is required in advance and full payment must be settled by November 2011.
Menu choices within two week before the booking date.

2. The final balance to be paid in advance or on the night.
3. Only alcohol purchased at the restaurant may be consumed; anyone found with alcohol not purchased from Las Havanas will be asked to leave and no money will be refunded.
4. After ordering your food on our web site, please bring a copy of your food order with you to remind diners what they ordered.
5. Certain celebrations are not catered for at the Las Havanas i.e. stag nights; please ask for details.
6. Las Havanas is a strictly over eighteen drinking environment, anyone who looks under 21 must have ID.
7. Due to the damage that can be caused, the use of party poppers and streamers are prohibited within the establishment.
8. The management has the right to cancel any booking without any prior notice if any of the above conditions are not complied with.
9. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur; all participants take part in the entertainment at their own risk.
